Working principle of Manual Fusion Machine

When using a manual fusion machine for welding, you first need to load the slips that match the pipe specifications into the frame and prepare enough supports to ensure that the pipe to be welded can be at the same height as the center line of the frame and can be easily moved. Then set the heating plate temperature, usually between 200 and 230℃ (the specific temperature is subject to the data provided by the manufacturer), turn on the welding machine power, turn on the heating plate, milling cutter, and oil pump switches, and test run.

During the welding process, clean the dirt on the connection surface of the pipe, mark the insertion depth, and scrape off its surface; fix the pipe on the frame, put the electric fusion pipe fitting on the pipe; straighten the parts to be connected to ensure that they are on the same axis; turn on the power to heat and melt the pipe and the electric fusion pipe fitting; after cooling, the connection parts achieve a beautiful, fast, and strong welding effect.
