Introducing our 40 Bar Water Pressure Testing Pump - the perfect tool for testing pressure in various occasions. With its durable and robust design, this manual test pump is durable enough and provides accurate and consistent results. The tank is thick to prevent the leakage of water. This pump has the cover on the pump, which can keep the environment inside clean and work efficiently for every time.
The Industry Standard for Leak Detection: 40 Bar Water Pressure Testing Pump
The Significance of Hydrostatic Testing for Pipe Integrity
Whether installing pipes for industrial HVAC, solar heating, or household plumbing, making sure the system is leak-free is essential. Before final commissioning, contractors can confirm the airtightness and pressure resistance of pipe networks with our 40bar manual pressure test pump, which is specifically made for hydrostatic testing. This leak testing hand pump offers a straightforward yet incredibly efficient method of finding micro-leaks that can eventually result in expensive water damage or system failure.
Here is the procedure of operating the pressure test pump:
Test Procedure
1,Install the stop valves to the pipe needed to be tested
2,Fill up this pipe with water by the use of from other supply source.
3,When the test pipe is filled with water, remove air and close the valve
4,Connect the tester and the test pipe with the attached pressure-resistant house .
5,Fill the water tank of the tester with water and operate the pump
6,Open the stop valve of the test pipe and continue the operation to fill up with water
7,When the pressure gauge equipped to the tester rises to the required pressure, stop operate the pump.
8,If the pressure does not drop, the test pipe is perfect.
9,If the pressure drops,it is indicative of leakage caused somewhere on the test pipe.
The 40 Bar Water Pressure Testing Pump is a reliable and high-quality tool for pressure testing, which is needed in pipe industry. If you want to have your customized service for the pump, such as the color or the logo, please check with our salesperson for further communication.
FAQ:
Q1: How can I use this pump to conduct a typical hydrostatic test?
A: Add water to the system, attach the hand pump for leak testing, and remove any remaining air. To check for pressure drops, pump the system to the necessary test pressure, which is typically 1.5 times the operating pressure. Then, keep an eye on the gauge for a certain amount of time, such as 30 to 60 minutes.
Q2: Does the device need regular maintenance?
A: It requires little upkeep because of the sturdy piston design and corrosion-resistant tank. To ensure a long service life, just rinse the pump with water after each use and maintain the piston lubricated.
